Job Descriptions: Interaction with guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner Provide information about aquatic and Non-Aquatic animal to guests Anticipate and address guests service needs

Requirements : Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Tourism/Hospitality or equivalent. Pleasant personality with a great hospitality attitude. Ability to communicate in English. Maintain high quality of service and timely execution. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations. Tasks & responsibilities Able to work on shifts (including weekends)
