Production Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate all production activities during the assigned shift. Plan, assign, and adjust team tasks based on production volume and available manpower. Ensure all processes follow SOPs, recipes, portion standards, and output targets. Monitor product quality and take immediate corrective action when issues arise. Control raw material usage to improve efficiency and minimize waste. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards. Provide daily guidance, coaching, and direction to Shift Leaders and kitchen staff. Coordinate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Quality Control teams to support smooth operations. Manage operational challenges such as peak demand, manpower shortages, or equipment issues. Prepare simple daily reports covering production results, manpower, and operational issues. Requirements

Minimum Diploma (D3) in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Food Technology, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a central kitchen, production kitchen, F&B operation, or manufacturing environment. Basic understanding of food production processes, food safety, and kitchen operations. Comfortable using Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis for reporting and monitoring. Strong leadership and people management skills. Good communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities. Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
