The Executive Assistant will provide strategic, operational, and administrative support to the Country Manager for Indonesia. This role coordinates legal, compliance, corporate governance, land acquisition, M&A activities, and insurance matters across the company’s plantation, mills, refinery, and downstream operations. The position requires strong coordination capability, excellent documentation skills, and the ability to manage confidential and complex workflows. Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Executive Support

Support the Country Manager in strategic planning, performance monitoring, and operational insights. Coordinate communications and activities between senior leaders, Indonesia operations, and corporate functions. Work with internal/external legal counsel on permits, AMDAL, labor laws, RSPO/ISPO compliance, and trade/export rules. Track regulatory deadlines, government submissions, litigation matters, and audits.

Land Acquisition & Permitting Support

Coordinate documentation, due diligence, agreements, and compensation processes related to land acquisition. Liaise with government bodies, consultants, notaries, and BPN.

Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Coordination

Assist in coordinating M&A processes including asset evaluation, documentation consolidation, and due diligence.

Insurance & Risk Management Support

Assist in risk assessment processes across Indonesia operations. Coordinate insurance policy renewals, claims, and documentation.

Operational Coordination

Gather operational information across business units and consolidate updates for the Country Manager. Support cross‑functional communication and issue escalation.

Documentation & Information Management

Draft and organize governance, legal, land, compliance, and M&A documents. Maintain secure and confidential storage of sensitive files with strict version control.

Stakeholder & Government Engagement

Coordinate communications and meetings with regulators, consultants, and industry partners. Support regulatory visits, audits, and interactions with ministries and authorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Management, or related fields. Experience supporting senior executives, preferably in agriculture, plantations, manufacturing, commodities, or regulated industries. Knowledge of Indonesian land regulations, corporate compliance, or M&A processes is an advantage. Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills. High integrity and ability to manage sensitive information. Willingness to work across multi‑site operations and diverse teams. Excellent attention to detail and process discipline Strong coordination and multitasking skills High‑level communication and writing ability Strong interpersonal skills across cultures and seniority levels Ability to work under tight timelines and complex workflows Location: Central Jakarta, Jakarta, ID
