Public Relations Manager

Job Summary Responsible for developing and implementing government relations strategies in Indonesia and other Southeast Asian markets, establishing and maintaining stable relationships with local regulators, authorities, and industry associations. Support market access, licensing, compliance, and policy engagement to drive the healthy and sustainable development of the company’s overseas cybersecurity & cloud business. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute government relations strategies and action plans aligned with the company’s overseas business development goals. Establish and maintain long-term, positive relationships with local cybersecurity regulators, tax authorities, industry associations, and other key external stakeholders. Support market entry, licensing & qualification application, policy alignment, and external coordination for the company’s business in target countries. Continuously monitor and analyze local policies, regulations, supervision requirements, tax environment, and industry trends, providing insights and decision support. Plan and implement high-level visits, thematic meetings, industry exchanges, and external engagement activities. Coordinate resources across headquarters, regional teams, and local external parties to resolve key issues and ensure stable business operations. Focus on the Indonesian market; provide support for government relations matters in other Southeast Asian countries as needed. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above; International Relations, Public Affairs, Law, Economics, Management or related fields preferred. Proven working experience in government relations, public affairs, policy engagement, industry association, consulting or related fields. Ability to independently conduct government relations development and external communication; experience in handling complex projects is a strong plus. Strong policy sensitivity, information analysis capability, and risk judgment. Good strategic thinking, project execution, and cross-team collaboration skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal relationship building, and cross-cultural adaptation skills. English as a working language; proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred. Experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia, or existing networks with local governments/industry associations is a strong plus. Background in technology, ICT, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or digital infrastructure is preferred.
