Investor Relations Manager

Responsibilities

Maintaining relations with shareholders & analyst by preparing Investor gathering events to inform the latest company's key information.

Assisting the head of Investor Relations by recaping and observing company's result from the analyst's report.

Recaping & monitoring company's historical share price movement.

Analyze latest financial / annual report of competitors to benchmark their performance with the company's.

Updating & maintaining the company website's information frequently to help fulfilling the information needed by the shareholders & stakeholders.

Providing recap of several financial / non-financial data timely and accurately to support company valuations.

Job Requirements

Min. Bachelor’s degree (from any major)

Min. have 3-5 years experience as Investor Relations

Good communication skills; Proficient in English (both written or speaking)
