As Head of Brand & Business, you will lead the end-to-end growth of Tentang Anak’s product portfolio across Skincare, Nutrition, Books, and Educational Tools. This role combines brand leadership and business ownership, ensuring our brands win in the market while delivering strong commercial performance.
You will oversee Brand Manager, Public Relations, and Market Research teams to ensure strategies translate into measurable business impact. This role is ideal for a leader who can balance brand building, innovation, and commercial excellence while developing high-performing teams in a fast-growing environment.
What You’ll Own
Brand & Business Strategy:
Define and execute long-term brand and category strategies aligned with company growth priorities, ensuring consistent brand positioning across all consumer touchpoints.
Category & Portfolio Growth:
Drive category expansion, innovation pipelines, and product portfolio performance to increase market share and household penetration.
Commercial Performance Ownership:
Oversee category P&L performance, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and sustainable business contribution across channels.
Brand Communication & Awareness:
Lead integrated brand campaigns and communication strategies across digital, offline, PR, and professional marketing channels to strengthen brand visibility and consumer trust.
Consumer & Market Insights:
Leverage research, consumer data, and market analysis to shape product and brand strategies that resonate with parents and caregivers.
Innovation & Brand Evolution:
Identify emerging trends and opportunities to continuously innovate products and brand experiences in the parenting ecosystem.
Team Leadership & Capability Building:
Lead and develop Brand Managers, KOL specialists, PR, and research teams to ensure strong execution, collaboration, and talent development.

You’re a Fit If You
You bring
15+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or category leadership , with a strong track record of building and scaling consumer brands.
Experience managing total business size ≤ IDR 100 Billion/month
You have successfully driven brand growth, innovation pipelines, market share expansion, and category P&L ownership.
You have led integrated brand communication across digital, PR, and professional marketing ecosystems.
You are an inspiring leader capable of building and managing high-performing cross-functional teams.
You possess strong consumer insight and FMCG or parenting category understanding.
You balance creativity with strong commercial discipline and OKR-driven execution.
You bring a data-driven mindset to guide brand and business decisions.
