Organizational Change Management Lead

We are looking for a

senior OCM Lead (7–10+ years experience)

to drive enterprise level process and technology transformations, with a strong focus on

Sales Technology / CRM environments .

This role requires a strategic change leader who has led

large-scale global rollouts , managed complex stakeholder ecosystems, and adapted change strategies across different cultural regions.

Location: for Spain, Poland, or Romania only (CET time zone) Work Model: 100% Remote Full-time (40 hrs/week) Duration: 5–6 months (Contractor role)

Key Requirements 7–10+ years leading Organizational Change Management for technology or process transformations Proven experience in

Sales Tech / CRM implementations

(e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Sales Cloud, Revenue systems) Experience supporting

global rollouts impacting thousands of stakeholders Demonstrated ability to

adapt communication and change strategies across regions and cultures

(EMEA, APAC, Americas, etc.) Strong executive stakeholder engagement and sponsor coaching experience Hands-on experience with recognized OCM methodologies (Prosci or equivalent) Experience defining and tracking adoption KPIs and readiness metrics Exposure to

B2B Sales and/or Consumer Products environments
