Project Controller

What will you do as a Project Controller

Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project

Perform Critical Path and Earned Value analysis

Track progress using weight factors/rules of credit

Conduct variance, schedule forecast, and productivity analyses

Prepare look-ahead schedules and progress reports

Identify schedule risks and support mitigation planning

Where you will work As a Project Controller, you will be responsible for managing the project at one of our project sites in Indonesia.

What you bring as a Project Controller

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field

4-10 years of experience in project control

Experience in heavy or light industries (Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Power Plant, Oleochemicals, mining, manufacturing, etc.)

Strong analytical skills and leadership capability

Proficient in English

Experience with MS Project resource planning, schedule forensic analysis, or PMIS tools is a plus
