Human Resources Executive

FertiStream, headquartered in Dubai, trades mineral fertilizers globally and offers freight and maritime logistics services. We combine risk management, market intelligence, and tech-driven solutions to optimize supply chains and connect producers with consumers worldwide. We are looking for a hands-on HR Executive to support our operations across Asia. The role will serve as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers in Indonesia and Singapore, ensuring smooth HR operations and supporting the employee lifecycle across the region. Key Responsibilities:Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding and HR documentationPrepare and administer employment contracts, amendments and employee recordsAct as the main HR contact for employees in Indonesia and Singapore, supporting day-to-day HR mattersEnsure HR processes and documentation are compliant with local employment regulationsSupport work permit, migration and relocation processes where requiredAssist with HR reporting and workforce data for management and business planningMaintain accurate HR databases and documentationCoordinate HR matters across Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia and China Requirements:3–5 years of experience in HR operations or HR generalist rolesFluent English and Indonesian (both written and spoken)Experience supporting regional teams or multi-country HR operations is a plusKnowledge of Singapore employment law is a strong advantageStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and work with teams across different locations If you're ready to bring your expertise to a dynamic, fast-paced trading environment — we’d love to hear from you! ?
