We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Senior Accounting & Tax Staff

to support our financial and compliance operations. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, proper bookkeeping, and full compliance with Indonesia's accounting standards and tax regulations. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and committed to delivering high-quality work with integrity and precision.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

Perform general ledger entries, account reconciliation, and financial closing processes.

Manage end-to-end tax reporting activities, including tax calculations, e-invoicing, e-filing, and compliance documentation (PPH & PPN).

Monitor, interpret, and implement updated tax regulations and ensure compliance.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external auditors, and relevant government authorities as needed.

Maintain complete and accurate financial and tax documentation.

Support financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Identify and recommend improvements in accounting and tax processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.

Assist the GM Finance, Accounting & Tax in handling tax restitution, tax audit, tax objection, and correspondence with the Indonesian Tax Authority (DJP).

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Minimum

3–5 years of experience

in accounting and tax, preferably in a corporate environment.

Strong knowledge of

PSAK ,

tax regulations , and

e-filing systems .

Strong analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Brevet A & B certification is an advantage.

Familiar with accounting software (Accurate 5 & ERP).

Strong understanding of current tax regulations.
