Job Description

Siti Khadijah Nusantara is seeking an experienced

HR Assistant Manager

to support our business strategy through effective talent development and human resource management. Strong English proficiency is highly preferred, especially for recruitment activities and collaboration with our HQ team in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities Administration Manage employee data (attendance, leave, permissions, overtime).

Maintain and update personnel files and HR documents.

Support data input and updates within the HR system.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Develop recruitment strategies and lead the candidate selection process.

Manage onboarding processes for new hires.

Handle payroll, salary structure, incentives, allowances, PPh 21, and BPJS administration.

Distribute payslips and communicate benefit-related information.

Performance Management Set KPIs, oversee performance evaluations, and provide coaching as needed.

Design training programs, skill development sessions, and succession planning initiatives.

Employee Relations & Engagement Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.

Compliance & Legal Ensure compliance with labor regulations and manage relevant legal documentation.

Align HR strategies with business goals and support organizational development initiatives.

Oversee facilities, operational vehicles, security, and permits.

Qualifications Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.

Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or supply chain industries and retail.

Strong background in HRBP, Industrial Relations, and Talent Development.

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

Proactive, business-oriented, and results-driven.

Willing to work collaboratively in a team and demonstrates strong adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is highly preferred.

Open and effective communication skills.

Logical, structured thinker with strong analytical capabilities.

Data-driven and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
