Job Description

Responsibilities: Partner with leaders to design and review organizational structures that align with business strategy, including bench marking and organizational structure assessments. Lead retention strategies for critical roles and potential talent, ensuring succession depth and mobility opportunities. Drive performance and talent management processes in collaboration with the COE, ensuring governance, quality, and on time execution. Contribute to improved engagement outcomes by working closely with the COE and business teams on action plans and follow‑through. Conduct exit interviews for departing employees and translate key insights into actionable recommendations to strengthen employee engagement and improve retention.

Requirements: Min. bachelor’s degree in any major. Min. 5 years of experience in Human Resources with proven expertise in providing people advisory. Required skill(s): Organization design and workforce planning. Performance management frameworks. Talent management, succession planning, and talent identification. Career architecture, job leveling, and internal mobility processes. Strategic thinking. Effective communication skills. Strong cross-functional collaboration.
