Role Purpose
Serves as a liaison between the Human Resources (HR) and Information Technology (IT) Departments to provide systems support and analysis, and to leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of the HR Department and users of HR information systems. Supports day‑to‑day operation for HR applications.

Supports day‑to‑day operation for HR applications.
Area of Responsibilities
HR system development
Works with HR staff in assessing needs for various business functions within the department; assists the HR team in identifying and analyzing options and recommending business process enhancements.
Acts as liaison officer between HR users and IT Planning to accommodate identified requirements.
Monitors system development projects conducted by IT Planning as a follow‑up for submitted requirements.
Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project‑related issues, scope changes, variances, and contingencies that occur during the course of projects.
Ensures project work stays within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis.
HR system management.
Assists users with technical issues related to HRIS systems and helps staff create complex queries to select and compile information from the HRIS system as needed.
Acts as liaison officer between HR users and IT Operation for level‑2 problem resolution regarding HR system troubles.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, mainly in Computer Science or Information Systems
Minimum 3 years experience in organizational analysis in the telecom sector
Strong analytical/problem‑solving skills
Excellent understanding of HR business process design
Experience with ERP systems, HR information systems, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECC 6.0
Certified SAP SuccessFactors modules for Talent Management, Succession Development, Performance Management, Core & Time Tracking will be an advantage.
Familiar with business requirements design & presentation
Experience in implementation or support for SAP SuccessFactors Core HR, Time Tracking & Talent Solutions
