Global Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Reports to:

Position Overview As the Global CHRO, you will be a key member of the Group Executive Committee, reporting directly to the shareholders. You will be responsible for formulating and leading the Group’s global human resources strategy, ensuring its alignment with the overall business strategy. You will lead a global HR team across multiple countries and regions, building a highly efficient, agile, inclusive, and passionate talent organization to support company’s sustainable growth, innovation, and social responsibility in a rapidly changing market environment.

Key Responsibilities 1.Strategic Leadership and Business Partnership • Serve as a member of the Executive Committee, participating in top-level strategic decision-making and providing critical insights from HR and talent perspectives. • Translate business strategy into clear and actionable HR strategies covering talent management, organizational effectiveness, culture building, and leadership development. • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, diagnosing organizational issues and providing integrated HR solutions to enhance business performance. 2.Global Talent Management and Organizational Development • Design and implement an end-to-end global talent management system, including recruitment, succession planning, high-potential talent identification and development, and performance management. • Drive organizational design optimization to enhance cross-country and cross-departmental collaboration efficiency and agility. • Establish a global leadership development framework to cultivate the next generation of leaders with global vision and local execution capabilities. 3.Corporate Culture and Employee Experience • Lead and shape a global corporate culture centered on corporate values and rooted in diversity and inclusion. • Enhance the global employee experience and build an attractive employer brand, particularly in key areas such as manufacturing, R&D, and sustainability. • Manage internal communication strategies to ensure consistency and transparency across the globe. 4.HR Operations and Digital Transformation • Optimize global HR policies, processes, and systems to ensure compliance, efficiency, and local flexibility. • Lead HR digital transformation initiatives, leveraging data and analytics to drive HR decisions and enhance operational efficiency and service levels. • Manage the global HR budget to ensure optimal resource allocation. 5.Labor Relations and Compliance • Provide expert guidance in complex global labor relations environments to ensure harmonious and stable industrial relations. • Ensure all global HR activities comply fully with local laws, regulations, and the highest ethical standards in each operating region.

Qualifications: Basic Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or higher. • Minimum of 15 years of HR experience, including at least 8 years in a global or regional HR leadership role within a large multinational manufacturing/industrial group. • Demonstrated experience leading HR functions in multiple Asian countries, particularly China and/or Southeast Asia, with deep understanding of local cultures, laws, and business environments. • Proven experience managing complex labor relations, large-scale organizational transformations, and post-merger integrations in multinational settings. • Excellent English communication skills (working language). Proficiency in Chinese or Indonesian is preferred.
