What You’ll Do

Lead, train, and motivate a team of promoters to achieve sales targets.

Plan manpower deployment and ensure excellent in-store execution.

Monitor promoter performance, sales results, and campaign effectiveness.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on promotions and visibility plans.

Analyze sales data and provide insights to improve performance.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

5+ years’ experience in FMCG sales or promoter management.

Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Proven success in managing field teams and driving sell-out.
