About The Role
As a Campaign and Event Intern, you'll support the team in planning and executing various marketing campaigns and events for Amartha's premium lenders and partners. You'll be involved in coordinating logistics, managing communication with external stakeholders, and ensuring all campaign and event activities run smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys organizing events, communicating with partners, and creating meaningful experiences through campaigns and collaborations. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn about event and partnership management, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic environment.
Job Descriptions
Event Coordination and On-Site Support: Assist in coordinating the logistics for events, including scheduling, third party liaison, and invitation details for potential and existing premium lenders
Managing Stakeholders and Partners: Assist in maintaining effective communication with partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders to support regular activities and initiatives, ensuring they are informed and engaged throughout the process
Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in the execution and management of campaign materials and operations
Inventory Management: Assist with managing and tracking event/campaign supplies and materials, ensuring that inventory is up-to-date for upcoming events/campaign
Partnership: Support the team in maintaining and tracking partnerships and collaboration initiatives
Requirements
Final year students with no offline classes or recently graduated in Bachelor's Degree in Business / Marketing / Communications or related fields
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Google Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with external partners and stakeholders
Skilled in copywriting and social media management
Bonus point for community and project management skills
