Business Development Manager - Cash Loan
Full-time
Responsible for establishing new partnerships with clients or business partners to build mutually beneficial collaborations, particularly for the
Cash Loan product .
Identify potential partnership opportunities with business partners.
Conduct competitor analysis to differentiate
Indodana Fintech’s
products in the market.
Develop strategies to support
Indodana Fintech
in achieving the company’s goals.
Seek new prospects, potential clients, or partners who have the potential to collaborate with
Indodana Fintech .
Design innovative partnership programs to strengthen
Indodana Fintech’s
market position.
Negotiate with clients or partners to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Maintain good relationships with clients or partners and offer new programs to expand partnerships.
Monitor and evaluate partnership programs to ensure they generate profitable outcomes for the company.
Conduct research to enhance the value of
Indodana Fintech’s
products.
Coordinate with other Business Division Heads in designing partnership programs that benefit the company.
Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, Communication , or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience , preferably in
Business Development
or as a
Relationship Manager in the same industry (P2P)
Strong
communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills .
Excellent
execution skills
with strong
analytical abilities
and
attention to detail .
Ability to
plan, work within structured timelines , and stay
focused on achieving results .
Proficient in
Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Able to work
independently
as well as
collaboratively in a team .
Dynamic, proactive , and eager to learn, with strong
adaptability to new challenges
