What You Will Experience

Provide consistent after‑sales services to customers and handle sales‑related paperwork.

Process new develop order and create sales confirmation.

Filling documents & data process.

Responsible for achieving individual/team targets set by the company.

Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and provide necessary support throughout the sales process.

Handling Import/Export matter including prepare customer documents according to freight delivery needs if needed.

Able to manage daily operation works inclusive AR, pending shipment, compiling SC orders, and to coordinate with Mills operational.

What is Required

Bachelor's degree with experience in sales, import/export administration.

Experienced in supporting export sales.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.

Strong communication in English. Proficient in Mandarin/Chinese would be a plus.

Familiar with all Ms. Office.

Fast learner, good teamwork, open minded and having the mindset of continuous grow.

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail for managing data and coordinating multiple tasks efficiently.

Willing to work in Jakarta at Thamrin office.
