Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and technically proficient

QA Lab Engineer

to support laboratory operations, material testing, and equipment calibration activities. This role plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, compliance with standards, and the accuracy of testing results. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities Perform regular calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards. Conduct material testing, including ORT (Ongoing Reliability Testing), and analyze test results. Prepare, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and technical reports. Maintain proper documentation and ensure laboratory records are accurate and up to date. Support quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in a testing laboratory, manufacturing, or quality assurance environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prepare technical documentation and reports accurately. English-speaking oriented; trilingual ability (English, Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin) is preferred. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
