Job Description
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for mid-to-senior positions. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as the primary contact for employee grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture and improving retention. Organize employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and team-building activities.
Performance Management & Training:
Administer performance appraisal systems, including annual increments, promotions, and transfers. Coordinate training programs for employee development.
Compliance & Legal:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements (e.g., PF, ESI, tax, employment laws).
HR Operations & Administration:
Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR records management. Manage HR information systems (HRIS) and maintain accurate employee databases.
Strategy & Policy Formulation:
Develop, implement, and update company policies to align with organizational goals.
Requirements and Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in HR.
Education:
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
Technical:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR software (HRIS).
Competencies:
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Languages:
English proficiency is a must, Chinese language will be used as consideration.
