As a strategic partner, we design and deliver learning & development programs—including online workshops, webinars, and executive coaching—to help organisations enhance capabilities and performance.

You will be assigned as a
People Development Consultant
with the following responsibilities:
Understand the client's needs and develop them into a program proposal
Design learning material (workshop/webinar) for online/offline delivery
Facilitate learning programs as an insightful discussion partner
Manage projects from start to finish as a credible project leader
Maintain partnership with clients as a reliable relationship manager
Requirements:
Bachelor or Master degree in any field
3–7 years of related experience in people development (fresh graduates are welcome)
Initiative, passion, and a go‑getter attitude
Ability to thrive in a creative, fast‑paced environment with strong communication skills
Ability to engage an audience and deliver ideas effectively
Data‑driven mindset with a strong growth track record
