Responsibilities
Responsible for achieving sales target in branch with customer focus mindset.
Responsible for developing and managing team to pursue sales target and excellence customer satisfaction.
Identifying and establishing contact with potential clients proactively, negotiating the agreement and closing down sales.
Maximize business relationship and performance with existing clients in Indonesia.
Meeting sales goals and targets set by the company.
Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborations and competitors activities and identifying business threats and opportunities.
Producing regular sales and marketing reports, drawing up appropriate action.
Plans to respond to the business situation.
Ensuring effective communication within the sales, marketing, customer support and purchasing units to maintain a good business performance.
Initiating market research cases and analyzing their findings.
Following the company’s policies to control the client’s payment and credit partner.
