Position:

Head of International Business Work Location:

Alam Sutera, Tangerang.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus) Minimum 10 years of experience in international business, export, or global sales, preferably from FMCG industry Proven experience in handling multi-country markets and expanding global distribution networks Strong knowledge in business development, market research, and strategic planning Experience in handling P&L, budgeting, and business performance management Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Good analytical thinking with ability to interpret market and sales data Experience in managing distributors or international partners is a plus Fluent in English (written & spoken) Willing to travel internationally

Job Responsibilities: Global Business Strategy:

Develop and execute international business strategies to drive market expansion and revenue growth. Market Expansion & Distribution:

Identify new markets and build strong distribution networks to increase global presence. Sales & Performance Management:

Manage international sales performance and ensure achievement of targets and KPIs. Stakeholder Management:

Build and maintain relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders. Business Operations & P&L:

Oversee export operations, including budgeting and overall business performance. Market Analysis & Collaboration:

Analyze market trends and collaborate with internal teams to optimize business strategies.
