Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Supervisor located in Batam. The Front Office Supervisor will oversee front desk operations, manage a team of receptionists, and ensure exceptional customer service for all guests. Responsibilities include supervising day-to-day front office activities, managing reservations, resolving guest inquiries and concerns, and ensuring smooth communication between staff and departments to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
Proficiency in Receptionist Duties and experience managing front desk operations
Excellent Customer Service skills with a guest-focused approach
Knowledge of Reservations systems and processes
Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a hospitality or hotel setting is an advantage
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
