What your current role should be like?

Extensive experience in overseeing project lifecycles, including scope estimation, planning, and delivery Skilled in tools like Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project etc. to streamline project tracking, foster transparency, and ensure efficient communication Adept at building relationships with stakeholders across departments, ensuring alignment and supporting project objectives Practice cost control for projects and initiatives to ensure the budget is allocated accordingly Strong analytical skills, enabling you to synthesize data and drive decision-making processes to meet project goals Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating project goals, updates, and expectations to diverse stakeholders clearly and concisely Committed to mentoring teams and fostering a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovative solutions and effective project management practices

What will you do?

Oversees the development and tracking of integrated project plans. Adapts and applies the delivery approach to meet project objectives and client business drivers. Establishes and maintains project communications Oversees project estimations. Oversees the development of project deliverables. Establishes and maintains processes to manage scope throughout the project lifecycle Champions project management best practices across the organization Establishes standard reports for project teams and clients Establishes PM procedures for project teams including project start, execution, completion, and review Provides an infrastructure of constant health performance monitoring Ability to prioritize project deliverables and incident handling across the organization Self-motivated and ability to work independently in meeting deadlines Build a close, collaborative, and influential relationship with relevant stakeholders throughout the entire process Continually inject knowledge and expertise in areas of study at various stages of product development and other areas of the business Work in a highly collaborative fashion with design, product, engineering teams Participate in product/project reviews and share your work regularly with design and company leadership

Requirements

What do you have?

Has 5+ years proven experience in developing and managing integrated project plans and adapting delivery approaches to meet objectives Proficient in using tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project to effectively plan, track, and monitor project progress, ensuring transparency, structured delivery, and efficient communication across teams Strong ability to oversee project estimations and manage scope throughout the project lifecycle to meet business goals and client expectations Strong written and verbal skills combined with an analytical approach to convey project goals and insights, fostering alignment across teams and minimizing misunderstandings Demonstrated experience in building collaborative relationships with stakeholders across design, product, and engineering teams to drive project success Highly self-driven with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines, prioritize project deliverables, and handle incidents effectively Champion project management best practices, providing mentorship to enhance organizational project management capabilities Has experience working in environments where teams/products are still trying to find product market fit Familiarity with development and payment applications and/or e-commerce platforms
