We are seeking an experienced Control Systems Commissioning Engineer to support the design, development, and commissioning of industrial automation systems across EU-based projects. This role involves working within live production environments, delivering high-quality PLC programming (with a strong focus on

Structured Text ), and managing automation projects from initial concept through to commissioning and handover. The engineer will collaborate closely with internal engineering teams, OEMs, and international stakeholders to ensure successful, standards-compliant project execution.

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and program industrial control systems using Siemens PLC platforms, Codesys, and Beckhoff automation systems (candidates should have experience or strong understanding of both Siemens and Codesys, with deeper expertise in at least one). Develop PLC software with a strong emphasis on Structured Text (ST). Lead and support commissioning activities within live production environments. Manage automation projects end-to-end, from concept and design through implementation and commissioning. Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system and electrical issues. Collaborate with international OEMs, equipment vendors, and cross-functional engineering teams. Produce and maintain clear, detailed technical documentation. Ensure compliance with controls architecture standards and electrical system requirements.

Basic Qualifications Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience with industrial control systems. Strong experience with Siemens PLC platforms and Codesys development environments (experience with Beckhoff automation systems is highly desirable). Proven commissioning experience in live production environments. Advanced PLC programming expertise, particularly in Structured Text (ST). Solid understanding of electrical systems, controls architecture, and structured troubleshooting methodologies. Fluent English (verbal and written).

Preferred Qualifications Codesys software development experience. Demonstrated experience leading or owning automation projects. Experience in electrical system design and implementation. Strong project planning, execution, and documentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Experience working with international stakeholders and OEM partners.
