We are looking for a

Lead Architect

to lead our architecture team and manage multiple high-profile projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of architects (intermediate and junior) in handling multiple projects simultaneously.

Develop design concepts and oversee design development for both architecture and interiors.

Produce and review 2D and 3D drawings.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.

Supervise on-site work to ensure quality and design integrity.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the project.

Stay updated with industry trends, design innovations, and sustainable practices.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.

Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and relevant design software.

Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Holding an Architect certification is preferred.

Professional proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Willingness to be based in Bali and travel as required for projects.
