Key Of Responsibilities Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for resort operations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals. Oversee all departments (Rooms, F&B, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Engineering, Housekeeping, HR, Spa/Recreation). Drive guest satisfaction and service excellence, ensuring a luxury guest experience. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization. Develop and execute sales, marketing, and revenue strategies to maximize occupancy and profitability. Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, labor laws, and company policies. Lead, coach, and develop department heads and management teams

Requirements Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred). Minimum 8-12 years of experience in hospitality, with 3-5 years in a senior management or GM role at a resort or luxury hotel. Strong understanding of resort operations, revenue management, and financial controls. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage (especially for international resorts). On site and willing to relocate to our resort in Sumba
