National Sales Manager (FMCG) – Lead Nationwide Distribution & Sales Strategy PT Hoki Distribusi Niaga (HDN) is a subsidiary of PT Buyung Poetra Sembada Tbk (HOKI), a leading Indonesian FMCG company specializing in the production and distribution of premium packaged food products under nationally recognized brands including Topi Koki and HOKI.

As the FMCG distribution and business development arm of the group, HDN manages nationwide sales operations, distribution networks, and innovative product development, including the Dailymeal product line, across modern trade, general trade, and other channels throughout Indonesia, with expanding export opportunities.

In line with our continued business expansion, we are seeking an experienced

National Sales Manager

to lead national sales strategy and execution, strengthen distribution performance, and drive sustainable market growth across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

Lead national sales planning and achievement of company sales targets

Manage and direct Regional / Area Sales Managers across Indonesia

Develop and execute nationwide distribution strategies with distributors

Ensure achievement of national sales, distribution, and coverage KPIs

Analyze sales performance (sell-in, sell-out, inventory, programs) and define action plans

Oversee and evaluate national trade promotion and trade marketing effectiveness

Expand territories and sales channels (GT, MT, e-commerce, special channels)

Provide market and competitor insights to management

Collaborate cross-functionally (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, BD)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

7–10 years of experience in FMCG sales

Experience as National / Senior Sales Manager or leading multi-region teams

Strong experience managing national FMCG distributors

Proven track record in achieving national or multi-area sales targets

Strong leadership, sales strategy, and business analysis capabilities

Comfortable working with sales data and performance dashboards

Willing to travel nationally as required
