Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, or Electronic Information Engineering
Experience:
1–3 years
Job Responsibilities
Quality Management: Conduct the operation of the quality system and develop quality system documents based on department planning.
Compliance & Rectification: Develop product quality control plans and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the implementation of rectification work.
Documentation: Responsible for developing and revising the procedure documents of the Division as required.
Statistical Analysis: Complete statistical analysis of quality goals and track indicators that fail to meet performance standards.
Audit Oversight: Formulate and promote various internal and mass production audit plans and supervise the rectification of non-conformities.
Culture & Improvement: Responsible for the publicity and promotion of the Division's quality culture and overseeing continuous improvement and QCC activities.
Safety Engineer
Goal Setting: Formulate and decompose factory safety task goals to supervise completion and achieve safety ensurement for the manufacturing department.
Agreement Management: Responsible for the signing and implementation of safety responsibility agreements.
Fire & Safety Inspection: Implement fire safety work and organize factory safety inspections to summarize management problems such as illegal operations.
Engineering Review: Review safety measures for the engineering design of new construction, expansion, and equipment transformation.
Hazard Rectification: Check the implementation process of safety measure plans and promote the rectification of hidden dangers.
Safety Activities: Plan and implement various safety activities, including fire drills, safety theme activities, and risk source identification.
Incident Management: Supervise the investigation of safety accidents, compile safety accident reports, and establish accident log information.
Process Optimization & Production Support
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, or Electronic Information Engineering
Experience:
1–3 years
Process Optimization: Responsible for optimizing the workshop on-site process and supervising employees to operate strictly according to the guidebook.
Technical Troubleshooting: Improve tool designs and handle technical issues arising on-site, assisting in resolving various quality issues.
On-site Support: Manage all on-site problems, conduct experiments on new materials, and provide technical support as needed.
Production Feedback: Responsible for collecting, summarizing, and providing feedback on daily production progress data for projects.
Reporting: Prepare material traceability-related record forms and draft regular production summary reports.
Data Collection: Responsible for collecting working time data, yield statistics, and the assessment of various workshop processes.
Job Requirements
Education Major:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Vehicle Engineering, or Electronic Information Engineering.
Experience:
1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
Language Skills:
Chinese: Not required.
