Work experience Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism / Hotel Management or equivalent Previous experience in luxury hotel/resort. Indonesian or Southeast Asian work experience would be advantageous Passionate hospitality leader with a positive, collaborative attitude Display exceptional leadership by providing a positive work environment and demonstrating a dedicated and professional approach to management Fully embrace sustainability efforts Demonstrated ability to collaborate with various groups to achieve a desired result Ensures a high level of customer service which enhances the guest experience and satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal communication skills Able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication in English Enjoy island life
