About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
HRGA Operations Specialist
to manage HR and General Affairs functions. You will ensure smooth daily operations and legal compliance, handling tasks from recruitment and payroll to office management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources (HR):
Manage
end-to-end recruitment and selection : CV screening, test coordination, interviews, and onboarding.
Develop and update job descriptions, SOPs, and training programs.
Handle HR documentation, including employment contracts, extensions, and employee records.
Process
monthly payroll
for all employees, covering salaries, allowances, bonuses, taxes (PPh 21), BPJS (Health & Employment), and other benefits.
Monitor employee attendance, leave, absences, and permissions according to company policy.
Create and run
employee engagement programs
to improve morale and performance.
Administer disciplinary actions (written warnings, termination) in line with labor regulations.
Maintain accurate and updated employee data in HRIS , including promotions, demotions, transfers, and other status changes.
Take
initiative
to identify improvement opportunities in HR processes and propose effective solutions.
Oversee office maintenance, facilities, company vehicles, and equipment.
Ensure stock availability of office supplies, tools, and pantry items.
Handle operational payments such as electricity, water, internet, and vendor invoices.
Maintain office safety, cleanliness, and ergonomic standards.
Coordinate with external vendors for facility management and services.
Manage company licenses and permits, including KITAS and BPOM.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in Psychology, HR Management, Law, or a related field.
3โ4 years of HRGA experience , preferably in manufacturing, retail, or FMCG.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, payroll, BPJS, and taxation.
Advanced skills in
Microsoft Excel
(formulas, pivot tables) and experience with HRIS software.
Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Organized, adaptable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
