What You’ll Be Doing

Solution Development: Build and enhance internal tools using TypeScript/JavaScript. Database Management: Troubleshoot and optimize MongoDB databases. Automation & Workflows: Automate tasks and integrate systems using Retool, Zapier, Make, or n8n. System Support: Provide Linux-based troubleshooting and support for infrastructure issues. Data Analysis: Leverage advanced spreadsheet functions (Google Sheets, Excel) for data analysis and reporting. Business Intelligence: Design and manage dashboards and reports using Looker, Google Data Studio, or BI tools like PowerBI/Metabase. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to resolve technical challenges. What We’re Looking For

Technical Expertise: Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and experience with MongoDB. Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with Retool, Zapier, Make, or n8n to automate workflows and integrate systems. System Support Knowledge: A basic understanding of Linux for troubleshooting and infrastructure support. Data Analysis Mastery: Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets, Excel) for data manipulation and reporting. Business Intelligence: Experience with BI tools like Looker, Google Data Studio, PowerBI, or Metabase for creating dashboards and reports. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to solving technical issues.
