Finance Assistant (Temporary Position)

The Opportunity We are seeking a vibrant, dynamic, and an out of the box performer to join our Rocktree team as a; Finance Assistance (Temporary) to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Your contributions to our joint success Support the Finance team in processing accounting entries within the SAP S/4HANA system, including general and sub-ledgers Assist with ledger reconciliations and preparation of account schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records Provide support during monthly and periodic closing processes in coordination with the Finance team Handle day-to-day finance and accounting matters, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner Maintain financial documentation in compliance with company policies and procedures, including proper filing and scanning of records Perform additional ad hoc finance-related tasks as assigned by the reporting manager.

Skills which will aid your success Diploma in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent qualification) Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Accounting or Finance-related role Experienced in general finance and accounting operations, including payments and administrative support Proven ability to perform accurate and timely postings in SAP S/4HANA Proficient in English Proficient in Microsoft Excel for accounting and reporting purposes Solid knowledge of General Accounting and Accounts Payable processes Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA (mandatory), including journal entries and system templates Strong attention to detail with a well-organized and structured work approach
