Job Description

Position: General Manager Supply Chain (Food Retail)

Location: Central Java, Indonesia

Overview

We are seeking an experienced GM Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations with a strong focus on procurement excellence. This role will be pivotal in optimizing COGS, improving supplier terms, and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics functions.

Develop sourcing strategies to secure the best quality products at optimal cost.

Negotiate supplier contracts and build strategic vendor relationships.

Implement cost control initiatives to improve COGS and overall margins.

Monitor supply chain performance and ensure timely, efficient product availability.

Lead a high-performing supply chain team with a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.

Minimum 10 years experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 in a leadership role.

Proven track record in procurement within food retail or FMCG.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
