Key Responsibilities

Plan, develop, and implement learning & development programs (technical, behavioral, leadership, and management development).

Manage talent programs including Management Trainee, talent review, and development initiatives.

Coordinate with business units, mentors, and stakeholders to define development needs, curriculum, and learning roadmap.

Facilitate the preparation and monitoring of Individual Development Plans (IDP).

Manage learning administration, documentation, and reporting.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to learning systems, frameworks, and policies.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Management or Organizational Development.

Strong understanding of learning frameworks, talent development, and competency-based development.

Experience handling management trainee or leadership development programs is an advantage.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with learning platforms is a plus.

English proficiency in writing and speaking.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning and talent data.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools and frameworks.
