Membership Partnership Specialist
to join our team and help us grow, engage, and retain our members.
Key Responsibilities:
Approach and close
new collaboration
with potential partners to drive growth, engagement, and mutual goals.
Maintain strong relationships with
key members .
Run onboarding, education, and engagement activities for new members.
Act as the
voice of members
internally → collect feedback and pass to Product/Marketing
Organize community events, webinars, or campaigns.
Handle the
end-to-end process
of paid projects: planning, sending proposals, monitoring execution, and reporting
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in
Marketing
or a related field
Previous experience in
Partnerships
/ Business Development/ Community Development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfortable with both
online (social media, community groups)
and
offline (events, meetups)
engagement.
Data-driven mindset; able to track engagement and suggest improvements.
Creative, proactive, and passionate about community building.
Preferably in
Multi Level Marketing or direct selling industry
