Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an S3/Ongoing S3 Lecturer at Institut Kesehatan dan Teknologi Al Insyirah, located in Pekanbaru. The lecturer will be responsible for designing and delivering course materials, conducting research, mentoring students, and participating in academic activities. The role allows for some flexibility to work remotely, as required. Collaboration with colleagues and staying updated with developments in the field of expertise are also key responsibilities.

Qualifications Expertise in educational methods, curriculum design, and pedagogy relevant to higher education Proficiency in research methodologies, academic writing, and publication Strong communication, mentoring, and student engagement skills Knowledge and experience related to digital tools and online teaching technologies Commitment to continuous professional development and collaboration in an academic environment Ph.D. degree (S3) in a Electronics/Biomedical Engineering field or currently enrolled in a doctoral program Proven track record in research and academic publications Experience in teaching within higher education is highly desirable Have interest in Health Technology
