The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be responsible for setting the overall strategic direction and driving business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a strong

commercial leadership background

and proven experience in the

P2P lending industry . This role is well-suited for senior leaders who have progressed his or her experience in commercial area.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the company's overall strategy, vision, and growth roadmap. Drive revenue growth, portfolio expansion, and market penetration while maintaining healthy risk metrics. Oversee all business functions including commercial, product, operations, risk, compliance, technology, and finance. Ensure full compliance with financial regulations and regulatory bodies. Lead relationships with regulators, shareholders, strategic partners, and key stakeholders. Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing executive and management team. Balance growth objectives with credit quality, risk management, and portfolio performance. Represent the company externally with investors, regulators, and industry partners.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in commercial position. Strong background in P2P lending or fintech lending platforms (mandatory). Demonstrated success driving commercial growth and revenue scale in a regulated fintech environment. Solid understanding of lending economics, borrower acquisition, investor/lender management, and risk controls. Experience managing senior stakeholders, board members, and investors. Strong leadership presence, decision-making capability, and execution mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
