We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Production Assistant

to support end-to-end content and live-streaming productions. This role ensures smooth preparation, on-time execution, and efficient management of production assets while collaborating closely with project managers, talents, and crew members.

Responsibilities

Prepare production equipment, set materials, and logistics to ensure smooth and timely setup before shoots or live sessions.

Provide hands‑on on‑set support, including handling props, monitoring equipment, and assisting with crew and talent needs.

Collaborate with project managers, talents, and production crew to execute production plans according to schedule.

Manage and track production equipment and supplies, ensuring all assets are available, functional, and properly documented.

Handle basic production documentation such as shot lists, release forms, and production logs.

Assist with organizing raw footage, backing up data, and coordinating file transfers (including vendors for large productions).

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the production area before, during, and after shoots.

Respond quickly to last‑minute changes or production challenges to help maintain quality and timelines.

Provide venue options for the project, ensure wardrobe is ready for use, and support end‑to‑end live streaming operations.

Requirements

Strong time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks in fast‑paced production environments.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate smoothly with project managers, talents, vendors, and crew.

Highly detail‑oriented, organized, and reliable in managing production logistics and assets.

Hands‑on experience with production tools, equipment setup, and basic technical troubleshooting.

Familiarity with live streaming operations, including platform handling and network monitoring.

Proven experience in creative or production agencies, especially those handling live or on‑set productions.

Ability to adapt quickly to sudden changes (schedule, equipment, or location) while maintaining production quality.

Strong ownership in safeguarding, tracking, and maintaining production assets throughout all project stages.
