About the role Food & Beverage Supervisor at the Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta, located in the Sudirman Central Business District (SCBD). The hotel offers premium services in a modern luxury environment with Indonesian cultural elements.

Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day operations for the pool and restaurant in the absence of the Outlet Managers.

Assist the Outlet Managers in ensuring all staff adhere to all Four Seasons standards, inventory, scheduling and meal breaks.

Manage employees and assist guests.

Minimum Qualifications

Able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Comfortable working outside during high-temperature periods.

Minimum 1‑2 years experience in Food & Beverage.

Willingness to provide service to guests and peers.

Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently.

Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.

High work ethic and sense of responsibility within the team.
