Accounting & Tax Specialist

Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and financial reporting.

Handle all tax‑related activities, including tax calculation, tax payment, and tax reporting (PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, PPh Final, etc.).

Manage and process tax submissions and compliance using

Coretax

(e‑Bupot, e‑Faktur, e‑Billing, SPT, etc.).

Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tax obligations and liaise with tax authorities when needed.

Monitor tax regulation updates and ensure company compliance with the latest tax rules.

Maintain accurate accounting and tax documentation for audit purposes.

Coordinate with internal teams regarding budgeting, expense control, and financial procedures.

Handle monthly closing and assist with year‑end audit processes.

Utilize

ERP systems

(Accurate, SAP, Xero, etc.) for accounting, reporting, and tax data consolidation.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related major.

Minimum

2–3 years of experience

in accounting and taxation.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations and compliance processes.

Experienced in using

Coretax

for e‑Faktur, e‑Bupot, e‑Billing, and SPT submissions.

Hands‑on experience with

ERP systems

(Coretax, SAP, Xero, or equivalent).

Proficient in financial reporting, bookkeeping, and reconciliation.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in data processing.

Ability to work with tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Preferably has Brevet A & B certification (optional but a strong plus).

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
