for a

Procurement Staff . This role supports business development by ensuring accurate product information, conducting supplier research, and providing analytical and administrative support for procurement activities. Candidates with exposure to digital marketing, marketplace analytics, or online product management will be an advantage.

About the role You will support procurement and product development initiatives through supplier identification, data analysis, and market research. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key responsibilities Identify and research potential suppliers to support procurement and product development activities. Provide analytical support to the line manager for decision-making, including preparation of negotiation documents, draft agreements, and vendor onboarding requirements. Collect and compile supplier performance data, and prepare performance summaries for internal evaluation and supplier discussions. Maintain accurate product information, including part categorization, alternative part mapping, and standardized naming conventions. Prepare parts estimation and pricing lists, including fast-moving and equivalent products, to support the sales team. Conduct market research to understand brand positioning, gather market insights, and analyze competitor landscape. Prepare presentation materials and promotional assets (slides, brochures, banners, souvenirs) to support branding and sales initiatives. Assist in procurement and business-related projects, including preparation of agreements, documentation, and administrative coordination as required.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Relevant internship or entry-level experience in procurement, purchasing, product management, or supply chain support will be an advantage. Strong understanding of the automotive industry, particularly car spare parts (genuine and aftermarket brands), is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Basic ability to prepare presentation or promotional materials will be an advantage. Familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe software is considered a plus.
