Transport Manager

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Transportation, Engineering, Logistics, or Operational Management.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the transportation/logistics field in a managerial position.

In-depth knowledge of transportation operations, including fleet management, routing, vehicle types (trucks, trailers, etc.), and delivery efficiency.

Able to manage and monitor daily orders, unit allocation, and ensure on-time deliveries according to service standards.

Strong experience in handling drivers: capable of managing, mentoring, and directing dozens to hundreds of drivers with diverse personalities; including developing SOPs, enforcing discipline, and improving field performance.

Proven experience leading a team of drivers and field coordinators, including performance monitoring, shift rotation, and human resource development.

Proficient in using transport operation systems and applications such as

TMS (Transport Management System) , GPS tracking, and fleet monitoring systems.

Skilled in developing transportation cost-efficiency strategies, route optimization, fuel-saving initiatives, and maximizing fleet utilization.

Strong analytical skills for operational data and reporting, including delivery performance, vehicle downtime, and utilization metrics.

Assertive, detail-oriented, and excellent at problem-solving, especially in critical situations like delays, breakdowns, or urgent orders.

Familiar with transportation-related legal aspects and documentation, including delivery orders, vehicle registration (STNK), KIR, and other permits.

Experienced in coordinating with other departments (logistics, warehouse, customer service, etc.) to ensure seamless supply chain operations.

High integrity, strong leadership, and a solid commitment to customer service excellence.
