Qualifications

Must have minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement in the automotive industry.

Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively supervise a purchasing team.

Excellent negotiation skills and ability to establish strong supplier relationships.

Proficient in using purchasing software and SAP systems is a must.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess supplier performance and market trends.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

Identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, reliability, and responsiveness. Managing relationships with existing suppliers to ensure timely delivery and consistent quality of goods and services.

Negotiating and pricing in order to secure the best possible terms for the company.

To receive Indent and ICN and conduct meeting.

To make production and delivery plan.

To make capacity plan.

To make import planning.

To make shortage calculation.

To avoid line stop.

To coordinate with all concerned departement for smooth production and delivery to all customers.

To conduct capacity meeting and follow up with all concerned departement.

Any other task assigned from time to time.
