Responsibilities

Develop and review Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for process modifications and new installations.

Implement and monitor Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to identify and resolve process variations, ensuring consistent product quality.

Analyze process data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Lead and participate in process optimization projects, from conceptualization to implementation and post-implementation review.

Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality control teams to troubleshoot process issues and implement corrective actions.

Assist in the training and development of junior engineers and technical staff.

Ensure all process designs and operations comply with relevant safety and environmental regulations.

Prepare technical reports, documentation, and presentations on process performance and project outcomes.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a related field.

Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferable have oleochemical experience.

Demonstrated expertise in Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and tools.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Willing to work in KBN Marunda, Cilincing, North Jakarta.
