The Corporate Finance Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory and financial reporting, budget and forecasts preparation, development of internal control policies and procedures, and financial risk management. You will work closely with other departments to develop financial strategies and ensure accurate financial reporting. You will also drive process improvements to address operational issues and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

What your current role should be like?

Preparation of Books of accounts by ensuring end-to-end accounting processes, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and other accounting ledgers for Indian and Singapore entities Handle bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash book records Perform detailed profit and loss (P&L) variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management Forecast and monitor cash flow to ensure optimal liquidity and financial planning Assist in tax compliance, including preparation of tax returns and planning strategies to optimize tax obligations Ensure adherence to accounting standards, local compliance regulations, and internal policies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial operations with broader business objectives Proactively identify financial risks and opportunities, providing strategic recommendations to drive business growth

What will you do?

Manage general accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, coordination of annual audits, and bank reconciliations Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations Maintain cash book records and reconcile bank accounts Perform monthly P&L variance analysis Forecast cash flow Assist with tax planning and compliance Prepare audit schedules and reports while liaising with external auditors Develop financial strategies based on the analysis of the company's status and financial forecasts Drive process improvements to address operational issues and enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

What do you have?

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with at least 3+ years of accounting experience. CPA is preferred Experience in a Big 4, startup, or multinational company is preferred Experience in handling finance & accounts teams in a technology company Must be comfortable working in an early stage to growth stage company and should be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Have a proven track record of success in previous roles and have worked in a similar setting, such as a Pre series A-B company will be a plus Good knowledge and understanding of Indonesia compliance requirements on finance, accounting, tax, Companies Act, Accounting is a definite advantage Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, drive change, and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders Superior analytical skills that include the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues Strong communication skills both spoken and written are a must Excellent business acumen, problem solving ability, tech savvy Should be self-starter, result-oriented, and have a strong bias for action

Analytical and data-driven approach in day-to-day work Strong in performance marketing skills Deep knowledge of performance marketing tools In-app and co-branded marketing experience is a plus Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques Ability to work well under pressure and deliver on commitments Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, and can think outside the box to proactively provide the right solution Good communication skills and the ability to impact and influence Strategic thinker who understands business opportunities to create a competitive advantage Keen eye for detail and ability to multi-task with excellent time management and prioritization skills Positive attitude and determination to succeed against all odds Hands-on, independent, self-motivated, and a fast learner Patience and perseverance are key attributes
