Analyze and provide decision non-hospitalization claims, ensure all required documents for non-hospitalization claims are complete and valid. Provide letters to communicate claim decisions to relevant parties. Prepare, provide summaries and send necessary documents to the reassurance. Coordinate with other teams to communicate with customers and resolve any complaints. Engage in ad-hoc projects related to non-hospitalization claims as needed. Attend as a witness in a police station for cases related to claims, do the field investigation as needed. Requirements

Medical degrees (medical doctors are preferred). Having a working in an insurance company, preferably as Claim Analyst Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills. Pleasant personality, positive attitude, and strong team collaboration skills.
