Job Description
Responsibilities:
Personnel Administration & Payroll: To manage and ensure the accurate administration of employment data, including attendance records, medical certificates, overtime orders, and the timely execution of payroll processing.
Human Capital Management: To be responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment, placement, employee training, and the administration of employee welfare programs.
Industrial Relations: To be responsible for managing industrial relations within the company and fostering a harmonious relationship between the management and employees.
Internal Audit & Compliance: To conduct regular internal audits on HR and General Affairs processes to ensure full compliance with company policies, labor laws, and prevailing government regulations.
Legal Compliance & Licensing: To be responsible for maintaining corporate licenses and preparing the submission of documents for any upcoming permit renewals.
Asset Management & Facility Maintenance: To be responsible for the management of company assets (land and buildings) and implementing preventive measures for the maintenance and repair of existing facilities.
General Affairs Administration: To organize and ensure that all documentation and administration regarding facility management, licensing, general affairs, and environmental standards are properly executed.
Inter-departmental Coordination: To coordinate with other departments regarding corporate licensing, work equipment/machinery, and operator licenses.
Emergency Response & Management System Improvement: To be responsible for emergency response protocols and provide strategic recommendations to address gaps, ensuring continuous improvement of the emergency response management system.
External Relations: To maintain and cultivate positive relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, local communities, and other relevant institutions.
Requirements:
Bachelorโs degree in Human Resources, Psychology, law or related field
Minimum 3 years of HRGA experience, with at least 2 years in a supevisory role is required
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor law, HR best practices and Legal Drafting
Experienced in using
OSS RBA
and handling
Industrial Relations .
Excellent leadership, comunication, and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS
High integrity, problem solving ability and attention to detail.
