E-Commerce Lead

Position: E-commerce Lead

What You'll Do: Managing team of key accounts; setting KPIs, team structure building, work-flow SOPs, and recruiting key persons as needed. Developing end-to-end strategies to reach the GMV target and ensuring the P&L control for each project for platforms. Leading the team to analyze performance and creating improvement plans as needed. Analyzing data or insights to determine industry, consumer trends, and competitors. Maintain relationship with brand partner or e-commerce platform to build long-lasting and beneficial partnership. Creating sales projections for business development proposal if needed. Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a product category. Make forecasts for product demand to ensure the sustainability of inventory Summarising various business project reports on a monthly and quarterly basis.

What We're Looking For: 3+ years experience of Brands e-commerce business management; a mix of experience in both marketplace platform, big advertising agency, and brands is highly preferred. 2 years of working experience in fast-paced and dynamic environment in the similar role, experience in e-commerce integrated marketing overseas, marketing cases led by individual is preferred. Proven track record in managing a team and strong communication skills. Strong merchant growth mindset and operational skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. A good team player, fast learner that is open to changes. Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, logical and strong in problem solving. Familiar with e-commerce marketplaces features, referring to Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Tokopedia. Fluent in English is a must and Mandarin will be a plus.
